Tips
1. Nissan hill descent control system
Hill Descent Control can only be activated when 4WD LOCK mode is enabled.
Hill Descent Control helps maintain vehicle speed when traveling on steeper downhill grades at speeds up to 15 mph (25 km/h). Hill Descent Control is useful when engine braking alone cannot control vehicle speed. Hill Descent Control uses the vehicle's brakes to control vehicle speed, allowing the driver to concentrate on steering while reducing the burden of braking and accelerator operations. If the hill descent control light flashes, hill descent control is engaged; however, hill descent control does not control vehicle speed.
2. How to determine the cause of the car's failure to lock
If the car key you usually use suddenly cannot be used, you can use the spare key. If the spare key can lock the car door, it proves that the remote control you usually use is faulty.
If the spare key cannot lock the car, try changing the lock in a different place and then using the spare key. If it still does not work, the receiver on the car may be faulty.
If the battery on the remote control does not light up or flickers, replace the battery with a new one and then try to lock the car again. If it does not work, the remote control is damaged.
4. Please visit your local locksmith to programm the key before you use it.
