Tips
1. It is essential to program the key at a car locksmith near you before you can use it. Otherwise the key will not work with your vehicle.
2. The smart key and remote are in pristine working condition.
3. Frequency Shift Keying (FSK): The frequency of the carrier is modulated according to the value of the digital data (0 or 1). For example, the carrier frequency corresponding to binary 0 is F1, and the carrier frequency corresponding to binary 1 is F2. This technology has good anti-interference performance, but occupies a large bandwidth.
4. Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) System
If there is a decrease in the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) operating range:
Check the distance. The transmitter may be too far from the vehicle.
Check the location. Other vehicles or objects may be blocking the signal.
Check the transmitter's battery. See "Battery Replacement" later in this section.
If the transmitter is still not working correctly, see your dealer or a qualified technician for service.
Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) System Operation (Key Access)
The RKE transmitter functions may work up to 60 m (197 ft) away from the vehicle. Other conditions can affect the performance of the transmitter.
