Tips
PPDU (PHY protocol data unit) physical layer protocol data unit:
SYNC: Also known as the preamble area. In order to detect and synchronize the UWB signal, the receiver must first find the preamble that conforms to the protocol; the preamble (a frame structure composed of 0/1, notifying the target to be ready to accept);
SFD: message starting delimiter;
STS: security timestamp;
PHY header (PHR) (not available in SP3), physical header (Hamming code SECDED);
PHY Service Data Unit (PSDU) (not available in SP3), physical layer service data unit (encrypted).
Responder uses SYNC and SFD to synchronize the received UWB information, STS is used to generate a timestamp to prevent tampering, PHR contains the content of PSDU, and PSDU contains valid information, which is the data that the Initiator really wants to transmit;
STS and Payload are optional configurations; depending on the configuration, not all optional components must be represented in a frame.
